buddy567 5 Posted May 8, 2014 (edited) I had my 5th fill on Monday and I think I might be in the Green Zone or getting REALLY close. Last night I had terrible shoulder pain and during the night had to burp. This was very unpleasant as I could feel the air getting "caught" on my band. I lived through it with a little gasX but still have a little shoulder pain today. I am assuming this is due to my fill and restriction. Anyone else experience this? Very excited to be close the Green Zone - ready to "get on with it"!!! Edited May 8, 2014 by buddy567
2muchfun 8,927 Posted May 8, 2014 Pain shouldn't be a part of the green zone. Hopefully this is just a reaction to the fill on Monday and passes soon? Just curious, what makes you believe you're in the green zone? Satiety? Tightness? Inability to eat some foods or liquids? I just ask because some folks mistake a super tight band with the green zone and that's just not the case. 2 ABLOND and enjoythetime reacted to this
buddy567 5 Posted May 9, 2014 (edited) Pain in shoulder was temporary - really think it was gas. I was very burpy before the band so that hasn't changed. However the area where the burp passes through is much different. I think I will be taking a lot of GasX. I did not have any shoulder pain after this surgery but have had it with other surgeries in the past so I feel sure that was the case. I think I am in the green zone because of Satiety. In addition, I am really not hungry at all The feeling is kind of like the week after my surgery.
