Eat LOTS of Iron, Protein, take your Vitamins and get your B12 and Vitamin D in.

Oh, and did I mention Iron?

Like LOTS of it. What you're recommended to take? Double it.

It won't prevent it, but it should ease it. Did for me, anyway.
