The itinerary includes Curaçao, Aruba and Grand Turk. If interested please PM me. We have plans on having a special guest/personal trainer onboard . Prices on request, up to 4 in a cabin and all this will be on the newly renovated and refurbished ship The Carnival Liberty. Yes, you can cruise and lose! Once again, PM me if you want to join in the excitement of 8 days of fun, excitement and healthy eating! I look forward to hearing from you soon! Please note: passports are required,

I'm doing a family cruise in Nov and can't afford both, since I'm in the process of fighting to get my plastics covered (legal fees may kill me) but next year for sure. I LOVE to cruise.

Please be advised that 2015 we will also have a cruise to lose and a meet and greet for "landlubbers" which will be a 2 day event prior to the annual cruise. Layaway payments (credit card/debit cards only) will be accepted for that as well.

For the 2015 information you must PM me your e-mail address, home address and telephone number so that I can send the info as soon as it is available. Thanks!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
