I'm considering this life change, for so many reasons. Mostly i just want to have the benefits of health and stop feeling so self consious everywhere I go. I think i embarress the DH, too, which is a shame, as he is too sweet to say so. Anyway, as you can see from my screen name, my daughter is planning to marry in 2008, and I have time to really make her proud. I'm pretty sure this is the way to go.

Congrats to your daughter!!!! Welcome to the board...I'm still fairly new, but there are TONS of information around! Grab a glass of Water and kick back! You'll learn so much more here than any doctor or nurse could tell you!!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
