georgeserlis 6 Posted May 6, 2014 Hi my name is George I am 34 years old, I had sleeve surgery done on 4th November 13 (6 months ago) . I weighted 180kgs 2 weeks prior to surgery and now 125kgs and still loosing. I walk everyday 40 mins, clothes fit better , self confidence is higher. Life is so much easier with less weigth!! I currently loose between 700 grams and 1.5 kgs per week. It is very important to watch what you eat now and don't go back to old habits( witch I'm sure we all know about) . If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask!! 6 Texasmeg, mentalistfan, Tigermouse74 and 3 others reacted to this

I was a similar starting weight and only 3 weeks + into my journey and need to see updates like these and those reminders to choose what I nourish my body with as I can only have little bits :-) so have to choose wisely! Thank you - inspirational 1 georgeserlis reacted to this

BeagleLover 1,020 Posted May 6, 2014 I have a question. I love to try new recipes and adding lots of flavor/spices to food. I'm afraid this is too drastic and that I'll miss out on all that I enjoy. Was this your experience?
