2muchfun 8,927 Posted May 5, 2014 Egad, 13 miles? Good luck with that. I made it 10 miles one time and that was about my limit and I only weighed 150 lbs at the time. I envy you folks who still have cartilage in your knees 3 MandaMom23, Bandista and catfish87 reacted to this
Anume 937 314 Posted May 5, 2014 Yes 13 miles I also have bad knees but me and my 14 yr old will be doing it together and if I have to walk well walking is what I'll do to finish 3 2muchfun, catfish87 and Bandista reacted to this
MandaMom23 684 Posted May 5, 2014 Wow, that's an amazing goal! My 9 year old keeps asking me if I'll run a 5K with her...I think you just inspired me to make that my goal for this year! Wishing you the best of luck! 2 Bandista and catfish87 reacted to this
catfish87 3,471 Posted May 5, 2014 @@Anume 937 Congrats on your weightloss! YOU can do it! Just find the pace thats comfortable for you, and one step after another...WHEN you get to the end, be proud of your accomplishment! How much walking/running do you currently do? What are your plans for training? Remember, you'll only ever do your 1st HM once, so enjoy it! You and I started at the same weight......Isn't it exciting to even be thinking of such things?!?!?! Congrats again and best wishes! I'm so excited for you!! 3 Anume 937, Bandista and 2muchfun reacted to this
