Hi all, I got my band this day last week for my 31st bday, I'm feeling great I'm so happy I have done this for myself, I am feeling a little weak I'm hoping this will pass as I am on the liquid diet!! I'm struggling most with keeping it a secret from everyone!! My hubby, mam and sister in law are Brillo but I am so delighted I have found this site x

You are close to the weight I was when I started. I'm so happy I got this done and you will be too. As stated, walk, walk, walk. Drink, drink, drink. The weight will be gone before you know it:). And.....Happy Birthday!!!!
