YES! I promise it gets better. The first 2 weeks were TOUGH. Just get through it & every day gets better. I actually don't take any hb meds at all now. :-)

Good to know. I know it will be worth it in the end. Thanks for your input. Now if we could start a recipe page for weeks two and beyond.

Running is something I want to get back in my life-

I do want to try Pilates and yoga once I have weight off.
