Man Boobs (Moobs)

Recommended Posts

I'm 5 weeks out from getting sleeved, down 55 lbs. and it seems my moobs are either not on pace with the rest of my body or the fat from my belly decided to move into my chest. My wife loves playing with them.....She says she understands why I like to play with hers now. Any guys moobs go away????

Absolutely! I do minimal (once in a blue moon!) cardio and focus on weight training.

Bench press (normal, incline and decline) totally eliminated moobs!

Moobs have decreased proportionately so far. I'll start lifting next week so suspect that they'll decrease more as that progresses. Only positive about moobs is that it "squares" your mid-section, or does mine. If they go away I'll look more pear-like. But that's a worry for another day!

Moobs are my biggest hangup physically. I'll have to focus on weights.

I'm 10 months post op. Chest weight training is your friend in the Moob fight (Lift heavy) 2-3 Times a week to build the pectoral muscles especially incline bench press barbell and Dumbbell.

I hate the MOOBS!!!! Mine went from full moobs to flabby moobs!!! I hate them!!!! Will bench pressing really help? I'm now in maintenance mode, since I hit my goal. I'm hitting the gym and trying to build back lost muscle, instead of just doing cardio. Currently concentrating on abs, biceps, and triceps, so I guess I should incorporate pectorals in as well?

I know now there are outpatient laser procedures for our moobs as well. no incisions uses ultrasound and lasers to break up the fat underneath the skin and the liquid is drained out through a syringe I believe. so far it looks great im not sure of cost, ill see if I can find the link etc.

Most definitely interested!! The one question I have is even after the drain, does something happen to the loose skin? I want to talk to my surgeon about this, since I have a follow-up appointment with him next week.

Thanks for the info!!

ok what i found is called vaser Lipo or vaser something they use a local and they use a vaser ultrasound that heats up and kills and liquifies mos of the fat cells, aand it gets sucked out through a small hole, no stitches neeed and your awake the whole ime. it looks amazing i have no idea the cost.
