Protein Shake for Breakfast 1/2 Protein Bar for snack 4oz lean meat for lunch couple slices of apple about an hour after lunch Greek Yogurt for snack 3 to 4oz lean meat for dinner and a couple bits of veggies for dinner 1/2 Protein bar for snack Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
