Suzzzie. 3 Posted May 12, 2008 Happy sweet 16!!!! Hope you truly enjoy the day!!! Question: Do you have to have a monthly or yearly subscription for the body bugg to work? What's the purpose for having a subscription? Lol. Sweet 16. Haha. I do the 3 month at a time for $39.99... I'm cheap and a commitment phobe, so it works for me. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUZZ! I hope you get some answers at the doc. Thanks for the Bday wishes! Went for my unfill. She took out the entire 1cc she put in 5 weeks ago... I can deal with that. I was considering it anyway. She said she wanted to take me back to where I was before the problems started. So we'll see how long this works. Haha. When I got that fill I could eat a TON so yeah... After the unfill I went to eat my bday lunch at Sweet tomatoes, only ate a few bites salad, cause it ALWAYS gives me prblems, and I had about 1/2 bowl of cream of mushroom Soup. I also got Cold Stone Creamery. :wink2: YUM! I ordered the Birthday Cake Remix in honor of my bday. It is made with Cake bater ice cream, brownie chunks, choc Syrup, and rainbow sprinkles. Sooooo yummy!! I've been stuffed ever since. It's just nice to not have the reflux as an issue.
TexasFire 84 Posted May 12, 2008 Hmmm...that took me to a page to create an account? When I make the shake now, it is 319 calories (150 for the Protein and 169 for the peanut butter) and gives me 37 grams of protein. Sometimes I add one more scoop of the protein powder in the same 8 oz. of Water to give me 394 calories (225 for the protein this time) and 51 grams of protein. Suzzzie. 3 Posted May 12, 2008 Oh she got answers, all right! She just texted me a pic of her Cold Stone Creamery ice cream sitting on the counter! Meanie! I sure did!! It was goooooooooooood too! Lol. Mmmm Birthday Cake Remix... HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUZZZIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Glad to know you got to enjoy for your birthday - yummmm ice cream *drool* Lol. Thanks Wombat! stef and suzzieI used my dailyplate to see how many calories are in the choc pb Protein shake--it came up to 429. Is that a lot for one meal? It's like 90 cals per serving, I think. Most of your cals will come from whatever protein you use. Or you can try to use 1/2 the amount of Peanut Butter.< /p>
Suzzzie. 3 Posted May 12, 2008 Ohhhhhhhh and I need prayers for my Kitty! Ugh. Sir Toadeous (2 year old male cat) has been straining to pee the past couple days. I took him to the vet and she is keeping him overnight and gave him an antibiotic shot. Urinary issues in cats can end up deadly pretty quickly. She said it was good that he is still able to pee some... but yeah,. I think I'm just extra freaked cause of just having my dog have surgery for a bladder mass a few months ago. My poor babies! ja9va 0 Posted May 13, 2008 Suzzzzzzzie HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!!!! I thought of you yesterday and could not respond to your psot on my blackberry. your treat at Coldstone sounds YUM!! I am glad you had a great Birthday!!! I am sorry to hear about your cat. I am a pet lover and know how hard it is. How is he doing today? I went to the doctor yesterday and lost ony 7 lbs in two months . But it is better than a gain! She said I looked healthy and to stop beating myself up. She emphasized something we all know, exercise will get you over the platue. I asked for a flouro just to take a look at the band to ensure all is good for my bandaversary, so I have an appt. for June 3, no fill or unfill, just a look! Capt. Dan GREAT to hear from you. Your life sounds so exciting. Can't wait to hear about it. Jamie Welcome back. Don't get discouraged!!! As you can see all of us have our challenges and take one day at at time! Your bandaversay is close to mine!! Speaking of ice cream, I did by some Edy's slow churn cake batter, haven't opened it yet for the calories are still high to me. I will wait for when I really need a fix.

sweethinkr 0 Posted May 13, 2008 Good morning all! Had a great day yesterday. Kicked my butt working out last night at the gym, but hurt something in my shoulder, so didn't sleep well at all. So now all I want is a little nappier here at my desk, think the boss will mind? he he Janine - Thanks for the pep talk. I had a few days of weakness but am feeling much better today. I logged all my food yesterday and my workout. A question for you all. Do you worry about calories in a net sense? I ate around 1100 yesterday, but then it says I burned 600 on my workout, so I only netted 500 calories. Is that ok or should I be trying to eat more calories since I'm working out more? How do you all approach this? I will be asking my doc about it on my annual checkup coming up, but maybe some of you might already know how this should work? Thanks in advance! oreokitty 0 Posted May 13, 2008 I was told by my surgeons office that I need to net 1000 cal to stay out of starvation mode My body will slip into the startvation mode so easy (I am a type one diabetic) so when I work out I HAVE to eat more food and some dyas that is hard Like today I have net 50 cal and it is 1.30 pm so I only have supper to go Today I am aiming for a net of 900 and cross my fingers I do not get sick. Good luck Great news you should be able to eat more If you can get it down.
