It's good to log back in every now and again....can't beat advice from fellow bariatric patients.

How much have you lost?

I only had my surgery 13 weeks ago...and although don't visit the site every day, it's a great support when I need it. It's good to support others too when they need i.

Well done. That's excellent weight loss.

I have lost 55 lbs in 13 weeks. Only really got 35 lbs to go...although not sure if I want to lose that much.

It sure is a journey lol
