ChristineZ 41 Posted May 1, 2014 I got up today and had coffee then went our and did some running. I put Liquid Protein and Water in a bottle and just have been drinking it. I didn't feel hungry so I haven't ate. So I went out to my yard and was working in the yard and got really hot so I came inside. Now I feel really sick! I are a couple crackers to see if that would help but it hasn't yet!! I'm scared I'm going to throw up!
HotButterFly 981 Posted May 1, 2014 What do you exactly mean by "sick"? Can you describe what it is you're feeling?

Leepers 1,195 Posted May 2, 2014 Sounds like symptoms of low blood sugar. After that much exercise, your body needs something to replenish. Hungry or not. 1 catfish87 reacted to this

catfish87 3,471 Posted May 2, 2014 (edited) I got up today and had coffee then went our and did some running. I put liquid Protein and Water in a bottle and just have been drinking it. For me, if I take too much at once, it will make my stomach upset....say more than about 30 grams within a few minutes. Not sure what is on you list of approved "foods", as your ticker say's you were banded in April, but possibly some chocolate milk would give you some carbs that'll help? And of course, drink lots and lots of Water. Best wishes! Edited May 2, 2014 by catfish87
rosettag 122 Posted May 2, 2014 I think you shouldn't exercise when you haven't eaten for hours. Our muscles need fuel, which is mainly given by carbs. A small quantity of them might help you avoid low blood sugar symptoms. Best luck!
