HELP! Losing motivation

I'm 8 months post op.. lost 150lbs so far ( i was pretty large)... Havent been to the gym in two months and have been night bingeing. Any helpful tips. Thanks

Congrats on 150 lbs lost! That is awesome. Some suggestions: Brush your teeth, drink some Water, take a walk, take a bubble bath, take a nap, clean out a drawer, sweep the floor, wash a window, do some online shopping, start a topic on how wonderful it is to have lost a whole person. You must feel great, look great, have more energy. Just put down the food and tell us all the wonderful things you can do now that you've lost 150 pounds. Good Luck!
