Darianna75 131 Posted May 1, 2014 Sounds about average time for most of us sleeves! Soon u will progress to puréed and will feel more substance.. Are u allowed full liquids such as yogurts and strained Soups?

At about 3 weeks after surgery we were on pureed and soft foods, mostly Soups, broth, and shakes. Most everyone goes through this. So you are not alone. You have lost 46 lbs., and that has to be so worth it. At about 4 weeks I was "tasting" a spoonful of FF refried Beans, just little bites. I was also told I could eat very soft well cooked chicken in a crockpot, and I choked on the small piece of chicken and had such pain I thought it was a heart attack. Moral of my story I recommend you be patient, don't try to overdo it, and nibble some soft food here and there, to see how you are going to do. Best wishes! Chew those sugar free popsicles too, they are awesome!
