I bought the cookbook 'eating well after weight loss surgery' by Levine and Bonypo- Saray. It looks fantastic. Making my first meal tonight.

I have seen so many amazing cookbooks for post-WLS; but, I just can't decide which one or two to buy yet! Decisions, decisions. . .

Let us know what you think of the recipes after you've tried a few. :)

Well the creamy shrimp bisque was delish! I actually bought a bunch of other ones on Amazon that are used. Wayyyyyy cheaper!
