Amy373 56 Posted May 31, 2014 I'm doing really good:) down 19 pounds since surgery May 1st! Haven't struggled with anything. Today I was able to drink 2 gulps of water! Which I was really missing. I would say my staples are Fage Plain Greek Yogurt sweetened with one of my Torani sugar free syrups, Cottage cheese, Premier Protein, Isopure carb drinks, sf popsicles and now that I can eat soft foods, I enjoy Sashimi and Miso soup! Just started puréed/soft foods Bought Isopure today. powder Dutch chocolate. Each was 50 grams protein add to milk 1% and get 62 grams. Shooting to drink 1/2 (6oz) a day.
