*** UPDATE Broke 200. 197lbs. ***

Recommended Posts

MY origianal Surgeon expectations was 250. I reached 215 and thought that was it. Now at 197!! Below below goal weight. Surgeon last week and he said im good. Might lose 5 more ish but then gain 10 more back in muscle. 10 months in - 217lbs. Not typical. I have a great plan if you dare follow it. Luckily I work 3rd shift and have a lot of time on my hands that allowed me to spend time on me!!

Email me anytime.. zacconechris@yahoo.com Any Questions. if i can help or support anyone i will...

Its all about THE WORKOUT!!!!! I ate 1100-1300 calories per day.. Im increasing now to 1500+ and stopping cardio casue i dont want to lose anymore.. all weight lifting now and riding a bike outside if spring ever reaches Boston!! Workout 1 hour per day for 6 days per week and take 1 day off.. For those wanting to lose weight its all about CARDIO INTERVAL TRAINING.. Interval training makes your body keep burning for hours after your workout.

For example. Say your doing an Eliptical Machine Dont just go along at an easy pace for 35 minutes. DO IT> 2 minute easy and then bust your rump for 3 minutes fast and hard. then 2 minutes easy etc etc. Do that 7 times for a total of 35 minutes.. Thats the same as doing it for an hour at an easy pace. You can do the same idea on treadmill or bike! 2 minutes walk and 3 minutes run!! if you cant run then 2 minutes walk and 3 minutes fast walk uphill.. same idea. This will burn burn burn.. calories.

Weight lift.. Simple enough.. low low weight and high reps. like 20 reps of 3 sets of eevry body part 3 2-3 times per week will burn fat like crazy. once you reach goal like me it becomes opposite.. to build and sculpt muscles back....

Email me anytime folks to discuss more.

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
