mchaviano 5 Posted April 28, 2014 I am a week post-op and am losing weight very quickly. Anybody else? The morning of my surgery, I was 317. Four days later when I was discharged, I was 324... still shaking my head about that one. I am down to 305 now. (312 on Saturday, 308 on Sunday). Never thought I'd complain about losing weight. lol 2 LilMissDiva Irene and Recycled reacted to this
gomekast 559 Posted April 28, 2014 Over time, things will even out. The long term weight loss usually looks like a set of stairs going down on a graph. Just enjoy it for now! It's exciting to see it going down so fast for the first 3 months. Then things begin to change. Enjoy the ride! 3 mchaviano, ProudGrammy and RJ'S/beginning reacted to this

In fact, treasure the quick losses now, cause it will slow down very soon and you'll be longing for the several pounds a day losses. Keep focused on the long haul and down the road. In the end it will all balance out and you will reach your goal. Teachamy 1,042 Posted April 28, 2014 The first couple of weeks you lose weight fast, but as it has already been said, it slows down to a nice, steady rate.
