Day 5 of the pre op diet and I cheated tonight :(

I feel terrible physically and emotionally!! Today has been especially hard because of all the negativity I've received from my family members. They actually had me doubting my decision!

After this cheat I am convinced that I need this tool! Tomorrow's a new day....

Don't feel too bad, I cheated too. I actually only lasted about 3 days on the pre-op surgery, I had so little self-control :(

Jump back on the wagon, you'll do fine!
