itsjustdaisy 14 Posted April 27, 2014 How to deal with others eating around you? It's been a hard road and I'm just stating. I understand that everyone else will be hungry but that didn't help. Any suggestions on how to deal with this? Specially for the next 3 to 4 weeks?
bigjaiali 8 Posted April 27, 2014 Have something or go to a place where you can order something. My surgery was done 2 days after Christmas and at that time I was on a liquid diet and ate on a schedule. That made it easy to keep my discipline. Eating on a schedule did the trick for me. survivingsleever 33 Posted April 27, 2014 I go out maybe 3x wk. I'm about 6 wks out. I can get full off a cup of Soup or eat half an appetizer. My immediate fam knows. But if I'm not with them I tell whoever I ate before I came or have another eating engagement and want to eat light. Normally were so busy talking for them to notice I barely ate anything. Recycled 2,182 Posted April 28, 2014 (edited) When I go out, I carry a 28oz stainless Water bottle with Isopure Zero carb Protein drink in it and sip all day. Keeps thoughts of food at bay, keeps me hydrated and gives me 40g of Protein to boot. Edited April 28, 2014 by Recycled
