Why do I feel a lump in my throat? I just got another fill on 6/21 .3 cc's. Could I be too tight?

You mean 4/21? Lump from what? Swallowing Water, food, Soup need more detail? And where abouts is this lump? Neck, chest, under your sternum?

Always tight in the mornings... felt knot after trying to eat eggs and drink coffee felt it sitting in my throat and wouldn't go away till I spit it back up. Feel the knot in my neck after swallowing.

Sounds like you're too tight. Call your doctor for an adjustment.
