Help! At a picnic starving

M at a picnic with a mother daughter group in our community. It's a gorgeous day but they're all eating and I'm sitting here sucking down Isopure. Trying so hard not to eat but watching all of them eat is killing me.

Surgery is Tuesday and I can't screw this up

...and you won't! Get up and walk around. Walk away from those who are eating and take a break. Keep thinking happy "thin" thoughts! YOU CAN DO THIS!

Great idea, take that walk. Once you are sleeved pack your goodies. Don't be caught out and be tempted to eat because it is there. My best advice is eat before you leave home. This will be so worth it. We have (most of us) been where you are and endured this deprivation, but really, you are going to reward yourself with a new way of life. Smile and be happy!

Thanks. Unfortunately this doubles as a meeting so no walking around but all food has been out away and we have progressed to more important portions.

I made it no food. Surprisingly the Isopure was very filling

Great job! I know how hard that is! I had to ask my husband to clear up the left overs for lunch today so I wouldn't eat them! Keep up the good work! Tuesday morning will be here soon! 0545 for me Tuesday......wow going to be hard to get up that early!

It won't be hard to get up at all, just think of what's waiting for you ... I'm sure when it's my turn, I won't be able to sleep all night!

After the meeting, we went for a long walk. Now I feel my blood sugar has dropped or something else weird is up. I hope some Gatorade will help
