mdiehm 0 Posted April 27, 2014 This Optifast thing has really been a struggle. For some reason I cannot seem to get out of my head. I have never realized how much food is put in our faces. McButterpants 2,846 Posted April 27, 2014 That is so true! I know a couple of days before surgery it seemed like very commercial was fast food.
