well went to the surgeon office lost 7 pound in 28 days not happy but the doc said its ok well he got on my behind cause I keep forget my vit and Calcium and now he want me to

start Iron and B12 well im having tingling and num sensation in my left arm and wen I touch something its horrible but it comes and goes and yesterday night had this bad cramps in my legs it was awful I had walk like 10 min tru the house and maybe going crazy but I trowing to my right I have caught my self like a sensation like if u going to fall but it

alwalys one side and its the right side maybe its that im going crazy or it my age lol we luv guys god bless
