DOMINICANA88 44 Posted April 26, 2014 Don't worry about the food for awhile, just try to get the liquids in. Try a shot glass at a time and keep track Thanks I will try that . It's also hard to get all my Protein in but I am going to go buy some Isopure drinks I know that will help with my protein intake
StephsJourney 19 Posted April 26, 2014 I am also 3 days out and having a very difficult time getting my Protein and liquid requirements in for the day. I only got about half in yesterday. Hoping for an improvement today. This is certainly a lot harder than I thought it would be. 1 MelissaW214 reacted to this
Recycled 2,182 Posted April 26, 2014 Try to think of these first couple of weeks as babying your new sleeve and incisions. Healing time. Gentle liquids to keep you hydrated and be easier on the abused tissue. Don't be concerned about all the diet regimens right now. Later when you transition to soft, then solid foods and are allowed to start doing real exercises......that's when you can step it up a notch and pay closer attention to daily intakes. Just try to get in enough liquids so you don't get dehydrated or dizzy. Take it easy. 1 tndfamily reacted to this
