sweetsuzzie1 35 Posted May 5, 2014 I am in the same boat. I'm up and down the same 5lbs for the last 3 1/2 years, since getting banded and losing about 60lbs. I'm at the low end of that 5lbs right now, after my fill a little over a week ago. I've not lost anything in 4 days now, so am going to work on getting in more Protein and hope that helps. SandyM 1,956 Posted May 6, 2014 I'm slowly getting it off. I originally set my sites on 138 cuz that would put me at 25 BMI. I later raised it to 145 cuz I feel ok where I am and jus want a nice stopping point. I'm averaging less than a lb a week. I was thinking about a fill , but just about decided against it. oreo4972 20 Posted May 7, 2014 Yes it does, Sandy. Because I don't stay on my "work" sleep schedule when I'm off. Otherwise, I'd never see my husband and sons! If I workout after work, before I go to bed, then I'm too wound up to go to sleep. If I wake up earlier to fit in a workout before work, then I get sleepy during my shift...then I'm MISERABLE fighting to stay awake! And let me NOT get started on my meal schedule!!! Smh...
