I think it was around 8-9 months when I was 100 lbs down. Not quite positive.

I just follow my rules-- and no rice, bread, potatoes, Pasta. And I workout a lot.

I still have a little more to lose, but I'm feeling amazing!

I def recommend getting photos takes as a little WTG gift (even if it's family photos)
