Some of you have been asking for my medial thigh lift pictures. Due to the location of the scars, this is the best I could do to show you the scars. I am almost 9 weeks post op.

What kind of weight lost did you do? Did you stick to a very strict diet and lots of exercise plus cosmetic surgery? You look amazing!!!! I'm sure you heard it 1million times! I just had my surgery in April and am down from 240 to 216 and it sometimes feel like I am not loosing as much or as fast as I should idk?

Aww!!! Thank you:) I was sleeve back in June, 2012 and I stick to the plan. 6 weeks after that's I started exercising 3 times a week. I just had plastics this March 4th.

You are on the right track. Just follow the plan and you will see the results. I would say that for the first 6 months it is honeymoon time, if you stick to the plan you will lose the majority of your weight.
