An anyone help please!! I'm 5 weeks post op and today I ate a very thin very overbooked Vogel toast slice with cottage cheese..now I have this full ache on my left hand side??? I should mention that I have been having really bad vowel problems!! (Constipated so so bad!! Sorry TMI!)
