Domika03 309 Posted April 24, 2014 Wow, been having major munchie cravings at night the last few nights. Not sure where the hell they're coming from, but I'm on day 3 now. Nope, haven't gained any weight "YET." Anyone else run into this issue? It's not like me, as I'm usually pretty positive & on task / more focused/ I don't like it!!! LindafromFlorida 1,542 Posted April 24, 2014 Take a bubble bath, get the kitchen closed down, get in bed and read a book for a little bit. Voila! You won't be munching! menjaz 35 Posted April 24, 2014 I do fine all day, then in the evening, when I'm relaxing, I get the munchies. My solution (so far) is that I save a few calories for the end of the day.
