TheNewSusie 471 Posted April 24, 2014 Tired of seeing 165, my dream number is 147! Should I liquid it for a week to jump start? Feeling like a failure and I need some guidance. Sometimes I eat enough and sometimes I don't. Getting to where I wanna give up. Does liquiding it help to jump start? I wanna see 158 again and be at goal. I'm 21 months post op. Thanks for the reply. I tried 5:2 but can't do it because I'm a type one diabetic and had too many lows. Breakfast is my iced Protein coffee, then something protein and veggie for lunch and dinner and I have 2-3 ounces of cheddar cheese as Snacks through out the day. NMJG 1,266 Posted April 24, 2014 I'm a fan of using Protein Shake days to jump start. I also like all-shake days to keep my restriction tight. I do it once a week.
