Over doing it

Have been feeling better . I'm 3 weeks out . I've noticed if I walk around too much I get muscle pain in my belly and my knees hurt . Am I alone in this?

Nope, I had the belly pain off and on for the first 2-3 months.

It goes away in time. I definitely had to take it easy until end of month 3. Then I turned a corner.

I notice when I bend over a lot the incision about belly button hurts.

I had right side abdominal pain for several weeks, I also had a hiatal hernia that was repaired also during surgery. In the beginning I was sure i had pulled or even ripped a muscle, but was assured by my surgeon it would heal, and he was right. Congratulations on your surgery, I'm sure you will do well.
