Lynnc121 143 Posted April 23, 2014 I am 10 weeks out and have been freezing. Now that the weather is nicer, I'm starting to shed the hoodies! I have been super tired. I have been taking a nap every day! Hope this changes soon! 1 anitamaria reacted to this
ladycynjj 31 Posted April 23, 2014 Could it be that I'm not eating enough to fuel my body? My son thinks so...
Becky78 7 Posted April 23, 2014 Lol my daughter says it's cause all the meat is falling off my bones. I'm in California and even on our 80 degree days I've been in a hoodie for most of the day. Hope this part goes away.
gomekast 559 Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) Hehe..I'm 7 months out on Tuesday and still going threw it. I don't mind it tho, gives me plenty of excuses to take a long hot bath..without my kids bugging me! Edited April 23, 2014 by gomekast
gomekast 559 Posted April 23, 2014 Could it be that I'm not eating enough to fuel my body? My son thinks so... I don't think so. If I remember right, its a side effect to losing weight and possibly ketosis. I may be wrong about the ketosis thing tho, so... 1 skinnygirlwithin reacted to this
Lakish Rivera 2 Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) I thought it was just me being Anemic. I find I have to have a blanket at all times. And now I'm having abnormal periods. I'm 12 weeks post op. Edited April 23, 2014 by Lakish Rivera
Lynnc121 143 Posted April 23, 2014 I was only eating about 500-600 calories a day. My NUT and PT made me stop the gym. They said I had to be eating 800-1000 before I could go back. I just started back last week and I am not as tired and not as cold.

healthyme1963 136 Posted April 23, 2014 I'm five weeks post-op and have issues with my hands being cold a lot. I've always been on the warm side, but lately I have been feeling a bit colder than usual. I find that the more I move about and get the blood pumping, the warmer I stay. I've had several people who have gone through the surgery tell me that feeling cold is very common.
CrazyJaney 775 Posted April 24, 2014 I am 6 weeks tomorrow and the bouts of freezing wax and wane. I'm cold when I'm losing quickly. I'm eating 600-800 calories a day. But I also was freezing when I was on Jenny Craig eating 1200 a day. Anytime I am losing, I'm cold.
