Got banded last night today facing the reality of it. A bit sore (pain killers helped) looking forward to a hot shower and getting out of here. Miss sleeping in own bed.

Congratulations and welcome to the team! I'm 4 days post-op, returned to work today. I feel pretty good, a little tight, but I'm taking my time. Mentally I'm psychiking myself out so that I don't take anymore of the pain meds. and I think most of my soreness is from my hernia repair. Listen to your body and don't fall for temptation.
