Hey there,

Figured you guys are a great resource so I have to ask, other then the oblivious, one removing part of your stomach vs just tucking it in and sew it up.... what are other differences?

Are the results the same?

Have to ask since my hubby it flipping out.... And it's my surgery haha so got to ease his mind.

Just a guess but I've heard a lot about vsg removing parts of your stomach that secrete hormones that cause hunger. In just tucking it away you may not get the added benefit of the hormone removal. More of a band approach but I guess probably better than the band
