Hello,Everyone

Just wanted to share this news im Pregnant with my first child i just found out on Easter morning. I'm 4 weeks and 2 days im super scared wondering if anyone has gone through this. I am about 1 1/1 years out from my surgery and im super nervous. I have horrible nausea and headaches wondering if i could get some pointers on what to do for my problems or words of encouragement.

Congrats! Definitely join the pregnancy group. I work @ an obgyn office so non of my advice is surgery specific. Stay extra hydrated! Don't let your sugar levels drop. We always recommend ginger and peppermint for morning sickness (tea, chews, mints)_ check with your doctors though! Good luck.

Make sure you are getting enough to eat eat and plenty of fluids! Headaches can be caused by lack of both! Congratulations!!!
