Anyone knows if we can take USANA shakes? ?? I got my surgery 4 days ago...

I had never heard of them so I looked it up. I personally would stay away because they are almost double the calories and triple the carbs for one serving with only 15 g Protein, compared to other brands.

So many brands are only 150 calories for 20-30 g of Protein. One rule of thumb a lot of sleevers use is no more than 10 calories per gram of protein.

If you search on here for Protein powder you will find hundreds of suggestions. Good luck.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
