Good luck to you. That 6 month pre op diet is long and difficult but you can do it. The more you lose pre-op the better your results.

I start my 6 months of nutrition appointment this Friday so I'm on the same track as you hoping to be done by September and I'm actually hoping to get my surgery done in October if everything goes as planned

with my insurance, I have to stay at a bmi of @least 40 for the 6 months. I know this is counter productive. But this is what my insurance requires. I already have a date to turn in my paperwork. It it September 8th and it usually about s week foe approval. So I am hoping for a sept 30 th surgery daye!!! Fingers crossed
