iwant2bethin 3 Posted April 23, 2014 with my insurance, I have to stay at a bmi of @least 40 for the 6 months. I know this is counter productive. But this is what my insurance requires. I already have a date to turn in my paperwork. It it September 8th and it usually about s week foe approval. So I am hoping for a sept 30 th surgery daye!!!
