I'm 3 weeks out today and for the first time I've been really hungry today. I have my first fill scheduled for the 27th. Hope this hunger doesn't happen every day. Tonight I think I could eat anything I see but the big bucks spent keep flashing in front of my eyes. Any suggestions on how to feel full for 2 and half weeks.

I am also 3 weeks out, and getting really hungry; but I have found that protien really does make a difference in keeping me satisfied for a long time. I've been having a cheese omelet for Breakfast and it works great...also having tuna salad and egg salad. Hope this helps!
