1st Fill---Feeling Sick

Hi Everyone,

I had my first fill today under fluoro...1cc in a 4cc band. Feeling sick to my stomach. It seems to be like hunger pains. Is this normal? I feel exhausted.:faint: My doctor was really vague about what to eat afterwards..he only said to be on Clear liquids this afternoon....I need some advice.

I agree with the above, stay on liquids, then move to Soups, then mushies then solids. Hope you feel better.

Yes, I would definitely stay with liquids for the next few days. Don't mess with your stomach after having a fill, give it some few days to rest quietly. Stick to liquids, broth, Soup, smoothies, liquid yogurt, and similar.

You'll soon feel better.
