Same here only me and my husband know ! I told everyone else I had oesophagul reflux surgery to explain my hospital stay and the need for a liquid diet etc. My surgeon does both so any busy bodies who googled him based on my medical certificate would have found he does that as well:)

This is a great idea. I am getting sleeved on 24/10 and have been struggling to tell work I am having surgery for.

I am going to John Armstrong at St john of god in subi. He seems really good. I have finished day 3 of optimist. Its pretty easy so far. I am down 3 kg. I have 2 more weeks of Optifast then surgery! I am so excited I cant sleep!
