morgan53 48 Posted April 19, 2014 hi all, does anyone know how to figure out your BMI and Protein intake?I have lost 50lbs sine being sleeved February 3 . and I read when your BMI goes below 30 you need to adjust your protein intake. right now My protein level is between49 to 57 . Schmincke 118 Posted April 19, 2014 I am not supposed to change my Protein intake as my weight goes down. Did your doctor suggest this, or is it just something you heard about?
