Has anyone ever used optisource Post Bariatric Surgery chewable Vitamin and Mineral Supplement? I saw it at Walgreen's today. It says it has high levels of Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iron Folic Acid, Thiamin and Zinc. I thought it may be easier to just have to take one chewable tablet post-op.

Just an FYI it's 4 times a day. That is what I was shipped from Insurenutrition.com they also provided Protein shakes, and scar cream. All covered by my health insurance. And they are a sponsor here on bariatric pal.

Oh, you are right. I didn't realize that. So I guess they are okay to take?

I just started them, but they are the ones that my insurance covers. So I guess they are good. If you are doing shakes and Vitamins I would check with www.insurenutrition.com
