debralucey 6 Posted April 18, 2014 I was sleeved on April 9th and I am having the same thoughts. Get some good Soup, either won ton or a good kind from the grocery and strain the Soup out and have a nicer tasting broth. Have an extra Protein shake. Go4itLori 47 Posted April 18, 2014 A friend of mine who had WLS last year said that missed "chewing" so much in the liquid stage that he would chew celery sticks and then spit them out. Just had surgery Tue on liquid diet til next wed..I miss chewing/ eating soooooo much. .I try to keep sipping on Protein Shakes, Water throughout the day..Also my broth Soups.
