Dr. Kelly Clinch Evergreen Hospital

Hey there, I noticed some of you have had surgery done by Dr. Kelly Clinch at Evergeen Hospital. I happen to notice on his webiste that he charges $12,500 but will discount it to $8,000 if paid before the date of surgery. I would be able ot do this seeign as how I am goign to be Credit Card Self Pay. I know the fee doesn't include the hospital stay or the anesthesia cost. Does anyone know how much these would be, or if you had you're surgery done by Dr. Clinch how much did you pay, and were you self pay or did your insurance cover it any help is appreciated. Also any info on your expericen with him would be great to hear as well.

(I know I could call and find out all of this but I'm stuck on the phones until 6 and then they close.)
