I loooove okra so thankfully I have no problems with it. This sounds really good, I may have to make some tonight as well:-)

I like fried okra (southern thing) and I occasionally have some @ Cracker Barrell but don't eat a lot of it. Okra , Tomatoes and corn are also good .

Just ate a few pieces with no problem! But I didn't cook them as dry as I usually would. Baked tilapia and roasted okra tonight. Now have to workout before Scandal comes on!
