Domika03 309 Posted April 17, 2014 I did a copy & paste of my soft foods. Not everyone's is the same, so you might want to y your Dr's office first. But, this is what I ate from Weeks 3 - 6. my2bys9799 26 Posted April 17, 2014 Domika03 what are the numbers next to each item, like the 14 next to the baked fish?

purplegerber 29 Posted April 17, 2014 I don't know about others, but I could not handle Peanut Butter during this phase. I know it is considered a soft food, but my new tummy did not like it at all. I also had fat free refried Beans on my list during the soft food phase.
NMJG 1,266 Posted April 17, 2014 Those are grams of Protein listed next to the foods. That is a great list. I would say stick with dark meat chicken during the soft food stage, and ground at that. I ate a lot of Beans, whole or refried. 1 Domika03 reacted to this
Bufflehead 6,358 Posted April 17, 2014 For my soft food phase I was allowed: --any meat that could be easily cut with a fork --cooked green veggies that can be cut with a fork (nothing raw, no starchy veggies like potatoes or peas) --fruit that could be cut with a fork (ripe mangoes or bananas sure, as long as you can fit them in your daily carb allowance, which I couldn't, ripe peaches, berries, etc. No to apples, oranges, anything tough, hard, or membranous). --cooked, soft Beans and pulses (lentils) --nut butters --dairy
