Hi ladies. What helps you with PCOS pain? After my sleeve surgery my symptoms and pain has been less. but now when I have flare ups for lack of a better word. It seems more intense. What have you ladies done that seems to help you. So far I haven't been successful in relieving pain.

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with all the abbreviations on here, what is pcos stand for?

The pain when I have a flare up is horrible now for me too.

I had some percocet left so I took one last time I did have a flare up.

I'd like to know also if anyone has a trick.
